🔁 Overview

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

🚫 Non-returnable Items

  • Downloadable software or digital content
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”

💳 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.


⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your card provider — it may take several days to post.
  3. Contact your bank — some processing delays are normal.

🔄 Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected] before sending it to the return address above.


🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the buyer’s address first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.


🚚 Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
